Det som gör denna unik jämfört med vanlig betong är att den är optimerad för att utveckla värme snabbare under härdningen. Det gör att den, med rätt vinteråtgärder (som att blanda med varmt vatten och täcka över gjutningen), kan användas utomhus eller i ouppvärmda miljöer även när det är minusgrader.
