Wedholms är legendariska inom svenskt lantbruk.
Den här typen av tank användes (och används fortfarande på mindre gårdar) för att snabbt kyla ner mjölken direkt efter mjölkningen och hålla den kall tills mjölkbilen kom och hämtade den.
Den drivs med vanlig hushållsel, 220 Volt 1-fas, och har en effekt på 1,0 kW. Den elen driver kylaggregatets kompressor samt en omrörare på insidan som rörde om mjölken så att kylan fördelades jämnt.
Tanken är byggd i högkvalitativt, livsmedelsgodkänt rostfritt stål på insidan och mönsterpressad aluminium på utsidan med isolering emellan.
